Nail Clipping
To keep a healthy foot structure most dogs need regular nail clipping.

Nail clipping is by appointment only.

De Shedding Mud Treatment
Madra Mór Shed Safely Mud will rejuvenate your dog’s skin and coat and help relieve and prevent excessive shedding while promoting healthy coat and skin.

It is a sticky, gritty mud that we massage for 10 minutes in the bath, removing loose hair. The mud is also heavily conditioning so when we blow dry your dog the hair slides out easier than usual.

Feedback from our customers is that it removes twice as much hair than usual.

Calming Mud Treatment
Madra Mor soothing mud uses mineral rich clay and all-natural cleansing, conditioning, nourishing, healing ingredients such as organic aloe vera powder, colloidal oatmeal, borage oil, allantion, rice bran oil and zinc. These time tested skin care ingredients promote healthy cell regeneration, ease irritation related to itchy and scratchy skin, and hydrate dry skin.

Itchy Feet Rescue
Our itchy feet rescue treatment combines 2 treatments to target itchy, irritated paws.
​
First we soak the paws with our Japanese CO2 spa bubble treatment, which opens up the blood vessels and increases the volume of blood that's being transferred, boosting up the recovery process.
We then apply Doglyness amazing skin ointment which helps to calm the skin down, supports wounds to recover quicker and promotes skin regeneration.
​
Feedback from our customers is that the paws were less red and irritated and were soothed by the moisturising properties of the balm.

Splash of Colour
Temporary airbrush in a colour of your choice lasting up to 7 days.
Airbrush colour is simply sprayed and brushed through the coat in a few minutes, your dog will not notice any difference to regular grooming procedures.

We use temporary colour that is vegan and safely made specifically for dogs and can be washed out normally.
​
Feedback from our customers is that their dog was the talk of the park and loved the extra fuss and attention.

We do not use bleach on dogs so this is for light coloured dogs only.

Learn to Groom
By popular demand, Anna at L.A. Dog Grooming offers a 1 day 'learn to groom your own dog' course.
​
This course is for owners who wish to learn how to groom their own dog at home. ​
​
Included in the course is 1 to 1 tuition to complete your dogs groom start to finish, where we will cover;

Bathing, drying, brushing

Clipper and scissor work

Basic routine health checks & what conditions to look out for when grooming your dog

Tips & tricks on how to handle your dog safely & effectively to complete the groom

A printed list of equipment, where to buy & what we suggest for your individual dog

Personalised notes & a diagram of your dogs trim for you to refer to in future

We also offer our learn to groom days as a mini groom (£100). This includes bathing, drying, brushing and nail clipping with the addition of how to trim the hygiene areas, paws and face. This is ideal if you still want to bring your dog to the groomer, but want to know how to maintain them inbetween grooms.
​
Please expect to be at the salon for 3-5 hours to give us enough time to show you how to complete the groom start to finish.​
